Where We Ship
Amara Flame currently ships nationwide across South Africa. International shipping is planned for future expansion — if you are based outside of South Africa and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at hello@amaraflame.com.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. As all candles are hand-poured in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Remote areas may require additional time. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — any applicable threshold will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Packaging
All candles are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Products are presented in our signature soft-touch matte black box with antique-gold ribbon pull, designed to be gift-ready on arrival.
Delayed or Lost Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@amaraflame.com with your order number. We will investigate and work with our courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
